- One of the risks is the accumulation of fluid ( hematoma or seroma) after liposuction of the chest for the correction of Male Breasts.

- A tight compressive garment at all times helps. If it is a larger collection however it is safer to insert a needle and to drain this collection. Afterwards a compressive garment is extremely important.
