“Rajeev Arogyasree” , is an ambitious and successful project launched recently by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh state, Dr.Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy, to make expensive surgeries accessible to the poor. This project’s unique feature is that the state pays for free surgeries and I am a participant surgeon with this scheme.
