- If you have only fat contributing to the formation of the male breast, then aspiration alone will be sufficient. This condition is called “pseudo-gynecomastia” (False Male Breasts).
- Very few men have this fat alone. In most others it is a combination of fat and breast tissue.
- If no breast tissue is removed for true gynecomastia it will be a very unhappy result.
- By removing fat alone the breast may look even more prominent.
